This Investment Readiness Program Lead position is offered on a five-year contract. The employer provides a competitive compensation package based on experience.

Day-to-day, you will lead the planning and execution of business acceleration programs, targeting early-stage impact entrepreneurs.

Your routine includes building and managing a network of delivery partners and investors, as well as tracking key program metrics to show progress and impact.

You will run annual investment readiness programmes, oversee due diligence, ensure quality support, and help ventures secure additional funding.

Collaboration is key. You’ll work alongside technical assistance managers, ecosystem partners, and cross-functional teams to refine program offerings.
